Who Did This?

This is a question that is frequently asked at our house. The culprit is always one of these three.

(I think I counted 15 Hershey kiss wrappers) Whoever did this didn't cover up their tracks very well.




Answer: GRACIE did it!

That was a pretty pumpkin pie.




Answer: ALIVIA did it!

3) ELLA did it... She is usually wearing the evidence.






4) Who did this?

Yeseterday we found D A D written on the back of Ella's neck. We do not promote body art over at this house, but apparently we love our DAD. I blamed Gracie at first. I was quick to apologize when Alivia told me a "sneaky ghost did it" ( not to mention the pink ink I found on her hands). ALIVIA did it?! (I want to trust my children, but I was left wondering if Gracie had something to do with it)

So... at the end of the day,we still kind of ended up blaming the SNEAKY GHOST! I think I will be blaming the SNEAKY GHOST for a lot of things around here.

I'm such a party pooper when it comes to Halloween. It's not my favorite holiday, but the little girls below are reasons enough to celebrate it!!!
This baby could not be happier with 2 lollipops going in and out of her mouth. I didn't dare take them away because of the screaming that would happen --refer to my previous post.

Human Amp

Sad Girl! Yes, Ella is our human amplifier. I have to write this story down just so we have record of how truly dramatic little sister is.

A few months back I took Ella to the doctor for her check up. Everything was fine until the nurse pulled those needles out. After a few shots, Ella was screaming so hard and loud that not even I could console her. Poor thing. I was trying to snuggle and hug her and use my sweet mommy voice to make her feel better, but nothing worked.

You know when a baby screams so hard that after a minute you can't hear any noise coming out? They are still screaming, but there is very little noise. Maybe you don't know what I'm talking about. I'll have to send miss priss over so that she can demonstrate for you. Well, Ella did this for a few seconds and then all of the sudden, she passed out in my arms. At first, I was pretty scared. Once she came out of it and I realized she was okay, I had to laugh. Ella was screaming so hard and so loud that she passed out. She was getting air out, but none in. I like to blame this screaming temper thing on Matt's genetics!? You can decide for youself who you think she got this from.

Ella = Human Amplifier. I think the rest of us may suffer from some irreversible ear drum damage.
We are hoping that someday she will have a beautiful singing voice so that her lungs are used for something other than screaming.

I love you Ella Lou... and your lungs!!!!!!

Hurricane Joann's

Hurricane Joanne managed to destroy my bedroom while I was preparing for a craft show.

Heaven or Galveston?!!!

Matt and I spent a long weekend in Galveston. It was pretty close to heaven! Beach, naps, shopping, and noooooo kids!!!!!

This was a few yards in front of our hotel.

Stewart Beach = Boogie Boarding and Tanning. I didn't get much of a tan with SPF 30. No oil for me this time. I'm getting smarter and wiser with age :)! Although, my natural whiteness did blind many of the local residents. I would like to start a new trend - White legs are in!!!

Thank you Hurricane Ike for making my hair look nothing less than fabulous in the above picture.
